These terms govern the booking and sale of excursions offered by Wonders of Tunisia (Sousse, Tunisia). Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
Bookings are made online on our website. Payment is processed 100% securely by Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Once payment is confirmed, you receive an instant confirmation by email.
Prices are shown in euros (€) per person, except for private excursions (e.g. "Kuriat by Private Zodiac") where the price shown is for the entire boat. The price includes the services listed on each excursion page (transport, guide, meal depending on the excursion).
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the excursion starts: full refund.
Less than 24 hours before departure, as well as in case of no-show, no cancellation and no refund is possible — costs (meals, reservations, logistics) are already committed on our side.
To cancel or change a booking within the allowed time, contact us on WhatsApp (+33 7 67 04 97 05) or by email (reservations@wondersoftunisia.com) with your name and the excursion date.
In case of bad weather or force majeure (especially for sea excursions), we reserve the right to reschedule the excursion or offer you a full refund. Your safety is our priority.
The pick-up time and place are confirmed the day before the excursion (usually via WhatsApp). Please stay reachable and be ready at the indicated time.
Participants agree to follow the safety instructions given by the guide/driver. Wonders of Tunisia cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond its control.
